Terms of order

General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on Effe Balance Oy's website at: www.effebalance.fi. By subscribing, you agree to these subscription terms and any promotional or product-specific additional terms and conditions.

Products and prices

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include valid VAT. Product descriptions and composition information are based on the information provided by the manufacturer. Effe Balance reserves the right to change prices and product information without prior notice.

Ordering and Order Confirmation

The order will be considered binding once you have received an order confirmation in your email. Please check your order confirmation carefully. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately by email: info@effebalance.fi

Payment methods

Acting as a payment service provider Klarna AB (556737‑0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). Klarna allows you to pay in the following ways:

• Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Online banking
• Decline
• Installment

Klarna appears as the payee on a bank statement or card invoice. All payments are processed securely through Klarna.

delivering

We deliver orders to the following countries:
🇫🇮 Finland, 🇸🇪 Sweden, 🇳🇴 Norway yes 🇪🇪 Estonia.

Orders are sent by post or to a parcel machine within 2 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed. Shipping methods and costs will be announced at checkout before payment.

Shipping costs:

• Delivery to Finland: £5.90
• Orders over 70€ (in Finland): Free Shipping
• Sweden, Norway, Estonia: Shipping costs are determined by country and order weight and appear at checkout before payment.

Right of return and complaints

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in the original packaging.

• Return address will be provided by email
• The customer will pay the shipping costs for the return unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered

Terms of Use and Responsibilities

• Use of the website and products is at the user's own risk.
• Products do not replace the treatment prescribed by a veterinarian.
• Effe Balance is not responsible for any technical problems, outages or damages caused by interruptions in the use of the Site.

Intellectual property rights

The content of the website, such as texts, images and product descriptions, are the property of Effe Balance Oy or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, modification or use of the content for commercial purposes is prohibited without permission.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in Turku District Court.
